The Ted Strikes Again

Fractals of Sky

Purposefully, they get shorter and shorter (just as fractals spiral into infinitely smaller, more complex, patterns).  This one, being sky, is more upbeat (rather than being comically heavy, as Fractals of Soil was).

Our Nation's Capital

I went to our nation's capital this weekend. I was impressed with the beauty of the buildings, the vivacity of the night life, and the size of a jumbo slice of DC pizza.

Moreover I have been thinking about the future of our nation's White House and its inhabitants. I have been reading Dreams From My Father by Barack Obama and I'm very impressed. Even after reading the first few dozen pages I am convinced that he is a good person. I would be thrilled if he were our country's next president. I think he's got the perspective and smarts to do it well and to do it innovatively. But there are a few good candidates, so really I just hope that the person who is elected will make positive changes come to fruition.

It was great to see friends down in DC and I hope to go again soon.

NY really is pretty consuming. The belly of the beast. And summer never goes away...

Fractals of Soil

A sequel to Fractals of Lake. Shorter, clearer, less convoluted. Enjoy.
